The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board has released a public notice inviting fresh applications for Supervisor Trainee posts at Telangana State Road Transport Corporation. The recruitment drive aims to fill 198 provisional vacancies across two categories. Candidates seeking stable public sector employment in Telangana can apply through the official TSLPRB online portal from December 30, 2025.

 

The board has clarified that the vacancy count is provisional and may change depending on administrative requirements. Applicants are advised to carefully review eligibility conditions before submitting the application form.

 

TSLPRB Supervisor Trainee Vacancy Details

As per the official notice, the total 198 Supervisor Trainee vacancies are divided into two streams.

  • Traffic Supervisor Trainee (TST): 84 posts
  • Mechanical Supervisor Trainee (MST): 114 posts

The final distribution of posts may be revised by TSLPRB based on organizational needs. Category-wise reservation will be applied as per Telangana government norms.

 

Eligibility Criteria for Supervisor Trainee Posts

Candidates must meet the prescribed educational qualifications to be eligible for the recruitment process. For Traffic Supervisor Trainee (TST) posts, applicants should hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university. For Mechanical Supervisor Trainee (MST) posts, candidates must possess a Diploma, BE, BTech, or AMIE in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering from a recognized institution. Applicants must ensure that their qualification matches the post applied for. Ineligible candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

 

Age Limit and Relaxation Rules

The prescribed age limit for both Supervisor Trainee posts is 18 to 25 years. Age relaxation for reserved category candidates will be provided as per Telangana government recruitment rules.

Selection Process and Exam Pattern
